Highland Cycle Sportives Kick Off with The UK's Biggest Road Climb
Saturday 8th May will see the first in a series of cycling events take place at Bealach Beag in the north west of Scotland. Around 600 competitors will take on the UK's biggest road climb at 2053ft (626m) from sea level in just 6mls (10k).
The event, sponsored by Atmos Consulting, is set in stunning, undulating landscape with stunning views to keep competitors minds off aching legs as they attack the demanding peaks.
Registration for the event will take place in Shieldaig village between 6 to 8pm on Friday 7th May and 7 to 9.30 am on Saturday 8th May.
