Chris is an enthusiastic and dedicated environmental consultant with a mechanical engineering background. He has over seven years of experience in the renewable energy industry working for onshore and offshore projects, both as a consultant and a developer. He has undertaken numerous feasibility studies and achieved full planning consents for 9 Onshore Wind and Solar schemes, managing the process across a range of stages from project inception through to a shovel ready status.
Chris’s experience gained by working on both the client and developer side of a project team provides him with a unique understanding of the commercial and regulatory factors that commonly influence decision making processes. His engineering roots also enable him to ensure that, where possible, solutions provided to solve problems that arise during a project lifetime are commercially pragmatic and effective. Alongside his professional duties, Chris is currently working to become a chartered member of the RTPI.
